Made to Order

All Bluecray Labs products are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Some orders may ship sooner if an item is already available in stock, but this should be considered a bonus—not a guarantee.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

U.S. Shipping (CONUS)

  • $0.00 – $14.99 → $4.95

  • $15.00 – $39.99 → $6.95

  • $40.00 – $74.99 → $8.95

  • $75.00 and up → FREE Shipping

Alaska & Hawaii
Orders to AK/HI ship for a flat $12.95 due to extended carrier costs. Delivery times may be longer.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier and typically arrive 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is subject to carrier timelines.
