• Custom colors are created as a best match using available filament

• Exact color matching is not guaranteed

• Screen colors and filament colors may vary due to lighting, material finish, and device display differences

• If a requested color is unclear, unavailable, or not suitable for the model, we will contact you before production begins to confirm alternatives

Custom color selections are considered made-to-order and fall under our non-returnable policy except in cases of defect or damage.

Once production begins, customization details cannot be changed.
